  Left vm on a Tuesday to make an appointment. The message said they would call you back. This is Friday and I'm still waiting. Maybe the vm should say "we will call you back if the office staff is competent enought to use a phone. They find it to complicated a system to dial numbers." That would have at least let me know I needed to not expect a call.
