  I am from New Orleans, La. The restaurant had a very at home feel to it. The staff were very friendly. The gator was very juicy and tender. The best alligator I have had in a long time. The Crawfish Etouffee was excellent. The restaurant is a must visit for "The Big Easy" cuisine here in North Carolina. Definitely worth it. The only thing I would add to the menu is frog legs. It is a delicacy I grew up on.
